Our prices include duty and taxes (US / AU / CA / EU). Shipping calculated in cart.
Our lead time is between 6 weeks to 7 weeks depending on the season and transit times since we manufacture on demand.
Other countries: Please contact us for a quote on shipping costs and delivery time. Beyond the price we will quote you, you may be responsible for any additional taxes and duties based on your country’s custom rates and policies. It is your responsibility to check this out with the relevant authorities before ordering.
Warranty: We stand by our products. Our warranty is valid for 2 years from your delivery date for quality issues (excludes regular wear and tear). Please send us pictures as well as a detailed description of the problems, thus ensuring thorough documentation of the issue for our factory.
Returns: You can return your standard or personalized color spinnaker for any reason under the conditions below, provided it is in brand new condition– that means it has not been used at all. However, spinnakers with custom logos, pictures, graphics, or fully custom spinnakers are not returnable and non refundable.
Conditions to return your standard or personalized color spinnaker:
- Please email us within 5 business days of delivery to get a Return Authorization Number.
- There will be a 15% restocking fee
- Shipping costs to us are your responsibility (please insure your parcel).
- Product must be received within 3 weeks of the initial delivery date to you
- Product must be in brand new condition, i.e. not used, and with absolutely no stain or marks.
Order cancellation post payment: the order can be refunded minus a 15% processing fee.
